Star Tribune

After I pre-paid for a 1 year subscription to the Star Tribune and did not receive it regularly either do to theft or bad deliveries I called and complained, they said they would deliver to my apartment door instead of the complex door. I continued to not receive the paper so I called and cancelled letting them know why. Now I get a collection note saying that I didn't pay for it... I told them how I canceled it and after playing phone tag for a while I got them to say that they will withdraw the collection at least. not to bad, considering they owe me still for 6 months of deliveries, but I consider that gone and just want to cut all ties with such crappy company that will resort to any means to make a buck.
